Our Labor Warranty

First things first, all of the projects we do for our customers are covered by our 10-year labor warranty. While product defects are covered under manufacturer warranties, our labor warranty covers workmanship, for ten years from the completion date of your project. 

What does this mean? For a decade after your home renovation project, our team will make any repairs or corrections as a result of defects in labor to the products we installed. It all comes down to standing behind our work. 

We’re proud of what we do and if we make a mistake during the installation of any product, we’ll do whatever it takes to make it right. It’s as simple as that. 

Our Manufacturer Warranties

Part of our job as your trusted home exterior remodeler is to search for the best possible products to offer. That means finding manufacturers that stand behind their products as much as we stand behind our work. We’re proud to offer the following manufacturer warranties to our customers. 

Siding

There are plenty of reasons why we love James Hardie siding, not the least of which is the company’s comprehensive warranty options. Firstly, all James Hardie siding products come with a 30-year limited warranty. Beyond that, the company offers a 15-year limited ColorPlus® Technology warranty in addition to a 15-year warranty on HardieTrim® products. 

Roofing

Your roof is especially susceptible to damage during hurricane season. Our preferred roofing material, Owens Corning®, offers some of the best coverage in the industry. The company’s warranties include a preferred protection roofing system limited warranty and a limited standard roofing warranty, depending on the products you choose. 

Windows and Doors

We proudly offer a variety of products from three of the leading window and door manufacturers in the country: ProVia, Therma-Tru, and Pella.
