• Extremely high attention to detail / jobsite cleanliness, etc.

• A strong ability to communicate with Project Managers and Upper Management
To be considered for the position, you must possess the following:
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable work experience installing James Hardie fiber cement products [Primed and ColorPlus]

• All required hand tools [chop saw, circular saw, nail guns, etc.]

• Metal brake – trim coil fabrication for fascia, window and door casings, flashing, etc.
• Ladders / Pump Jacks / Walk Boards / Safety Equipment

• Previous OSHA training a plus

• A valid NC Driver’s License

• Dependable transportation

Additional desired skills or knowledge of:

• Replacement window installation
• Carpentry repairs such as fascia, soffit, brick mold, crown molding, etc.
• Roof (both shingle and metal) knowledge a huge plus

• Door installation and replacement
