Our homeowners called us to investigate an interior wall leak that was causing significant drywall damage. It was determined that this 1999 home lacked house wrap and window flashing. The old siding was removed, wood rot repairs were completed, and the home and windows were fully wrapped to protect the integrity of their home. New vinyl siding, trim and gutters gave this home a beautiful update!

Had some interior water damage that was difficult to pin down where the water was infiltrating on 25 year old vinyl siding and windows, so we decided to reside the house to fix the outside problem before repairing the inside damage. Carolina Exteriors was easy to work with and the job was expertly completed, despite having a week of time interrupted by rain storms and even 3 days due to snow! We love the new color we chose and our home looks brand new again! Plus any damaged plywood was repaired, our home was properly wrapped with a moisture barrier, and the windows taped this time so the threat of a future water leak has been reduced. Great to work with and the project manager answered all of my questions along the way.
