The Rudolph home in Cary, NC was built in 1992 and as with most homes built during this time period, had masonite composite siding installed. Other original building materials consisted of wood windows and doors and gutters installed with a spike and ferrule system with undersized downspouts.
After frequently repainting the siding, trim, windows and doors, the Rudolph’s decided it was time to invest in newer, upgraded materials that would not only update the home, make it more energy efficient, but also protect their investment and add considerable resale value.
After seeking out recommendations and researching contractors online, the Rudolph’s contacted Carolina Exteriors as a James Hardie Elite Preferred Remodeler. They were particularly interested in the Carolina Exteriors Digital Experience as it allowed them to connect and collaborate with a Design Consultant from the comfort of their home, while maintaining safety protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.
After completing the initial Discovery Call with Chad Tyner (Design Consultant), the Rudolph’s elected to have James Hardie ColorPlus siding as a replacement and new Pella windows installed. To complete the project, a new Pro Via Entry Door and storm was installed.
The Rudolph home is now the talk of the neighborhood, receiving numerous compliments from friends and neighbors.
