This award, which recognizes excellence among GuildQuality’s network of businesses in the residential construction industry, highlights our dedication to maintaining the highest quality and customer care. 

The Guildmaster Award is only given to companies that achieve high levels of customer satisfaction as measured by GuildQuality’s rigorous feedback and survey process. In choosing between the more than 2,000 applicants, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of customer surveys, using two primary metrics when selecting the winners: 

• The percentage of customers who responded
• The percentage of customers who said they would recommend the business to a friend. 

Since joining GuildQuality, we have received nearly 400 customer reviews and maintain an average 4.8-star rating. 

As a recipient of the award, Carolina Exteriors achieved a recommendation of more than 90% from our customers. This consistently excellent customer feedback underscores our focus on delivering superior craftsmanship and outstanding service, ensuring that every project we complete exceeds our client’s expectations.
