We had a relatively small job: replacing the surface of our small deck. This organization was extremely responsive and professional. They accommodated our need to get the work done quickly, and did a first class job. I am sure it could have been done more cheaply ( the reason for 4 stars instead of 5), but the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the organization made it worth our while.

We had a woodpecker destroying the old siding on our house when we decided to go with Carolina Exteriors for the replacement with all cement fiber boards. We're really happy with that decision. Lewis and his crew did a phenomenal job from start to close. Already excited to start the next project with updating our old deck. Living in the woods is so peaceful knowing our house is now teeth and beak-proof.

Andy and his team replaced my front door and back door (both originally wood) with steel doors that look and feel like the originals . They also replaced the window over my kitchen sink where insects used to enter my home. No more insects and I can open the window when grilling indoors. We replaced all our masonite siding and rotted trim, installed new sliding glass doors and a side entry door, and replaced a broken window. It was a big project and the team at Carolina Exteriors was fantastic from start to finish. Andy was exceptional at giving a very detailed estimate and answering many many questions before and after we signed our contract. Lewis was our project manager and provided great communication, answered questions and resolved items of concern quickly. I really liked using the portal/app where Lewis sent daily updates and everything related to the project ( calendar, invoices etc) was in one place. All the workman worked tirelessly and were very respectful of our property. It was a long project thanks to rain and snow causing delays, but I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!
