The Branch’s home in the Harrington Grove neighborhood of Raleigh, NC had original Masonite siding and wood trim installed when it was built. The windows and roof were also original and showing signs of wear and tear and in need of replacement. Ray & Greta first contacted Carolina Exteriors to have their windows replaced with low maintenance vinyl replacement windows. After establishing a close working relationship, the Branch’s reached out to Carolina Exteriors to have their siding and trim replaced with James Hardie Hardieplank siding and trim installed.

Additionally, to protect their investment, they also decided to replace their Raleigh roof with modern architectural shingles from Owens Corning. Wanting to make a statement, they selected a combination of lap siding and shake in complimentary colors, as well as, replaced their front entry door with a pre-painted Pro Via entry door. The ColorPlus siding and trim, replacement windows, new roof and entry doors has increased the value of their home, as well as, lowered their utility bills, resulting in a significant return on investment.
