- Replaced four columns with low maintenance, durable PVC.
- Replaced wood trim with Hardie smooth trim which requires fewer repairs and replacements over time.
- Painted with Sherwin Williams Super Paint to match existing.
- We restored this elegant back deck to its former glory with pressure treated boards, treads and Hardie trim. Our homeowner chose a classic stain and sealer in, Cottage Grey.
This is a stunning 1972 estate home that we just finished in Cary. The neighborhood is MacGregor Downs.
Mr. McDuffee called us because he was noticing several areas of wood rot and normal wear and tear on the surface deck boards of his home. It was time for some maintenance and an overall refresh to make it look new again.
