Carolina Exteriors recently completed a roof replacement on my house. They did an outstanding job in the full sense of the word; start to finish. From the moment I contacted them to ask for an estimate everything moved smoothly. They came and inspected the roof, provided a detailed cost estimate with everything that they were proposing to do. After I agreed to their proposal, the owner, Clifton Muckenfuss, contacted me personally to lay out what the next steps would be and assigned a Project Manager, Jeff Harrison, for the job. Jeff came by the house a few days before the work was to begin and went over what I expect, which teams would be coming out to the house, pretty much every detail of what would be done , when and by whom. The project started on time, everyone was very courteous and professional, work was completed quickly, all the trash was removed and the area completely cleaned. They did an impressive job, but their customer service and the quick and thorough manner in which they dealt with any issues that arose was perhaps what I found the most satisfying of all. Carolina Exteriors not only did a great job, they stand by their work and are very quick to resolve any issue that may arise at any time. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement or other exterior work. I'm not sure what else they do, but I am certain they will provide the same level of professionalism and expertise in a thing they do.
