Carolina Exteriors made our 17 year old deck look like new, and screened in our back porch with “see through” screening which is a big improvement over what was previously in place. We replaced all our masonite siding and rotted trim, installed new sliding glass doors and a side entry door, and replaced a broken window. It was a big project and the team at Carolina Exteriors was fantastic from start to finish. Andy was exceptional at giving a very detailed estimate and answering many many questions before and after we signed our contract. Lewis was our project manager and provided great communication, answered questions and resolved items of concern quickly. I really liked using the portal/app where Lewis sent daily updates and everything related to the project ( calendar, invoices etc) was in one place. All the workman worked tirelessly and were very respectful of our property. It was a long project thanks to rain and snow causing delays, but I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend!

Had some interior water damage that was difficult to pin down where the water was infiltrating on 25 year old vinyl siding and windows, so we decided to reside the house to fix the outside problem before repairing the inside damage. Carolina Exteriors was easy to work with and the job was expertly completed, despite having a week of time interrupted by rain storms and even 3 days due to snow! We love the new color we chose and our home looks brand new again! Plus any damaged plywood was repaired, our home was properly wrapped with a moisture barrier, and the windows taped this time so the threat of a future water leak has been reduced. Great to work with and the project manager answered all of my questions along the way.

We have been very happy with Carolina Exteriors and love the end result of their work. Our first contact with the company was with Andy in sales. Andy is incredibly detail oriented, patient, and responsive. We took a lot of time to make decisions as we worked through several design details in the planning phase. He was always readily available to answer questions, visiting our home multiple times to help us feel comfortable before moving forward, and we never felt pressured to do so until we were ready. Lewis was our project manager, and we got to see him daily as the work was being done. Lewis maintained great communication throughout. He was easy to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions. He was attentive and dedicated to the details to ensure things turned out just right. The staff at Carolina Exteriors are just good people and you can feel good about trusting them with your home.
