This is a recently completed job in the Fairoaks community of Chapel Hill. The Maycock’s 1987 home was showing signs of aging with faded paint and wood rot. We were able to bring it back to life with modern siding and trim colors. The choice of James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim means their home is better protected from the elements, and has an improved resale value.
